DTE ENERGY MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING CENTER

DTE Energy was looking to reinvigorate its internal training program for customer service representatives. Working alongside DTE subject matter experts, we designed and developed a fully immersive simulation of real-world scenarios hosted inside a completely customized trailer.

Inside, we completely customized the trailer to create distinct learning zones, using authentic physical props. Each zone featured a tablet-based interactive experience depicting scenarios the DTE representatives will encounter on the job with customers.
